You will complete a short online form where we gather more information about you, your goals, and your history to see if we are a good fit for each other.
Once we decide we are a good fit for each other, then you will receive a login to your own online portal, where you will access you dashboard complete with your workouts, video walk-thrus, and success resources.

Our online coaching program starts at €385 per month, with a MINIMUM 3-month commitment for new clients. This ensures we have enough time to get worthwhile results.

Yes. We prefer to work with clients who have at least 1 year solid experience of working out. You know your way around the gym, and exercise, and aren't brand new to training.

Not necessarily! Your program can be tailored for gym access, home setups, or even bodyweight exercises. However, I will say that if you have access to a full gym, the better.
